  • 12,000+PMax campaigns audited
  • 200+Live ecom clients
  • €200M+Tracked sales

If you have seen the Google Ads breakdowns from @ecomchrisx and wondered who is actually behind the account, here is the straight answer.

Who is ecomchrisx?

ecomchrisx is Christopher Krassnig, the founder and CEO of ZenoX Media. I have spent 8+ years in ecom, worked with 200+ brands, and generated €200M+ in revenue through Google Ads. I post operator-level breakdowns as @ecomchrisx on YouTube and Instagram, and I run the free Google Ads eCom Lab community.

So @ecomchrisx is not a faceless content channel. It is me, the same person who runs the agency, showing the work in public.

Why I post in public

A lot of "gurus" teach things they have never actually done. I do the opposite. Everything I share on @ecomchrisx is the same playbook my team runs for paying clients every day - Performance Max structure, Google Shopping, feed engineering, Merchant Center fixes, scaling rules.

I post it because it builds trust the honest way. You can watch me break down a real account, try the moves yourself, and see if they hold up. If they do, and you decide you would rather have my team run it for you, you already know exactly how we think.

The fastest way to prove you know something is to teach it in the open and let people check your work.

From operator to agency

I did not start as an agency owner. I started as the client.

I ran my own ecom stores and hired Google Ads agencies to manage them. They drifted on bids. They half-fixed my feeds. Then the reports came in dressed up to look better than the account actually performed. I was paying good money to watch other people tinker with my account and tell me it was fine.

So I stopped hiring agencies and built the team I wished I could hire instead: senior operators who had already scaled their own stores. Becoming an agency owner was never the plan - I was just done being the client nobody was straight with. That team became ZenoX in 2024, and we still run every account the way I wanted mine run: like it is the operator's own money on the line. The full story is on the about page.

What I actually teach on @ecomchrisx

The channel is not motivation content. It is the working playbook, broken down piece by piece:

  • Performance Max structure. How to split asset groups by margin tier, and why two asset groups beat one across 12,000 campaigns of data.
  • Google Shopping and feeds. Title engineering, custom labels, sub-feeds - the feed optimization work that decides your targeting before a single bid is set.
  • Merchant Center. Disapprovals, suspensions, variant pricing collisions - the compliance work most channels skip because it is not sexy.
  • Smart Bidding. When to set target ROAS, when to leave it alone, and how to avoid the throttle spiral.

Every video comes from a real account my team touched that week. That is the whole editorial policy.

The tools behind the name

Two pieces of software run underneath the content:

Scaley AI (scaleyai.com) is the Google Ads software I built. It runs the mechanical side of the playbook - SKU labeling, search-term exclusions, brand defence, margin-aware bid floors - for operators who want the system without the agency.

The ZenoX engine is the internal side: our own AI reads every client account every hour, flags wasted spend, labels products by performance, and feeds the senior operators their next move. Clients never log into it. They get the output.

Same logic in both. One is self-serve, one is done-for-you.

Same playbook, two ways to use it.

The free community: the Google Ads eCom Lab

The third leg of the operation, next to the agency and the content, is the community.

The Google Ads eCom Lab is a free Skool community with 1,100+ ecom operators inside. It is where members bring the playbook from the videos to their own stores: they post their accounts, their feed problems, and their scaling questions, and get answers grounded in what is working right now across the ZenoX portfolio.

Two things make it different from the usual "free group". There is no upsell ladder - it is free forever, not a funnel with a paid tier waiting behind the welcome post. And the material is the same material the agency runs, not a stripped-down teaser version. If you want to check whether @ecomchrisx is the real thing before ever talking to the agency, the community is the lowest-risk way to do it: join, read a week of posts, and judge the answers.

The receipts, so you do not have to trust me

Anyone can write a bio. Here is the part you can check without taking my word for anything.

The press covered the work, not the brand. TechTimes profiled the blueprint behind more than $236 million in client revenue. Fortune covered the launch of Scaley AI. Entrepreneur told the story of a fashion brand's Google Ads turnaround. IBTimes wrote about the profit-per-order approach that runs every ZenoX account. USA Today and Business Insider covered the growth model and the AI-first results. Every article lives on the outlet's own domain, linked from the media page - independent journalists, not paid placements on our site.

The clients review in public. ZenoX holds a 4.8 out of 5 Trustpilot rating from 38 reviews, on a platform we do not control. The recurring themes - fast support, steadier numbers, record days - show up as verbatim quotes in ZenoX Media reviews, and named clients say their numbers on camera at /results.

The community is open. The Google Ads eCom Lab has 1,100+ ecom operators inside, and it is free. Nobody in that room was sold anything - they showed up for the material and stayed. Scroll the posts before you believe a single claim on this page.

The teaching is public. The breakdowns on @ecomchrisx show real accounts and real screens, video after video. If the playbook were empty, teaching it in the open would have exposed that long ago. Public work is the one credential that cannot be faked at scale.

ecomchrisx and ZenoX Media are the same thing

To be clear, because people ask: @ecomchrisx (the personal handle) and ZenoX Media (the agency) are the same operation. The handle is the public, teaching side. The agency is the done-for-you side. Same person, same team, same playbook.

The timeline, short version

For everyone who just wants the sequence:

  1. 8+ years ago: starts in ecom as an operator, running his own stores and buying his own traffic.
  2. The agency years: hires Google Ads agencies for those stores, watches them drift on bids and pad reports, and starts running the accounts himself instead.
  3. 2024: founds ZenoX Media (registered as ZENOX MARKETING MANAGEMENT - FZCO, license 57453) with a team of senior operators who scaled their own stores.
  4. Since then: 200+ ecom brands run, €200M+ generated through Google Ads, a 4.8/5 Trustpilot rating, and press coverage in outlets like TechTimes and Fortune.
  5. Along the way: launches the free Google Ads eCom Lab (1,100+ operators) and builds Scaley AI, the self-serve version of the agency playbook.

Every line above traces to something public: the registry, Trustpilot, the press links on the media page, or the community itself.
