What I actually do
Started ZenoX after getting burned by every Google Ads agency I hired for my own ecom brands. The pattern was always the same: drift on bids, half-fixed feeds, account managers who couldn't read a Performance Max report. So I built the team and the systems I would have wanted as a client.
Today we run senior operators on every account, eight in-house AI systems on top of the Google Ads layer (feed engineering, anomaly detection, autofix on disapprovals, server-side tracking), and a public benchmark from 200+ accounts so clients can see how their numbers compare.
On YouTube I post the actual operator-level work - Performance Max structure, Shopping feed engineering, Merchant Center compliance, the dropshipping playbook that took stores from cold launch to 100K USD/month. Channel is @ecomchrisx.
Outside the agency I founded and run Google Ads eCom Lab, the free Skool community at skool.com/google-ads-ecom. 200+ D2C and dropshipping ecom operators inside, monthly live account teardowns, and the same scaling system we run on the €200M+ in client spend.
